When some of the more complex jobs arise they can take longer to diagnose and repair. These types of issues include severe virus infections and intermittent problems.
It is highly unfair to you, the client, to charge an hourly rate in your home just to have us stare at a diagnosis/scanning screen for what can seem like forever.

This is why we offer our door-to-door service. With this service there is NO HOURLY FEE. All labor for the repair is covered by a flat-rate.

Included in a door-to-door call is the pick-up of one computer system by a RhineTech technician, the transportation of the system to and from our repair location in Budd Lake, and all labor required to complete the repair.

We will disconnect and re-hook up any wires and peripherals you have connected… and will spend the time to explain what was needed to resolve the issue upon redelivery.
